  Classes
Wing Tsun (KungFu) and Newman Escrima (Weapons) are taught in Dublin City Centre and Blanchardstown by the instructors of the IEWTO. Classes at present are for adults (over 18 years) and are taught in a safe and friendly atmosphere. The emphasis in both Wing Tsun and Newman Escrima is effective self-defense both for women and men. As a result of regular training students also improve fitness and confidence... and last but not least there is always the banter and the "odd" pint after class.
